WORKING TOGETHER
David Whyte
We shape our self
to fit this world
and by the world
are shaped again.
The visible
and the invisible
working together
in common cause,
to produce
the miraculous.
I am thinking of the way
the intangible air
passed at speed
round a shaped wing
easily
holds our weight.
So may we, in this life
trust
to those elements
we have yet to see
or imagine,
and look for the true
shape of our own self
by forming it well
to the great
intangibles about us.

I have just got back from a day which had elements of this theme within it. This poem allows scope for the imagination to engage and reaspond each time you read it and in many different ways. It challenges notions of beauty seen and unseen and has at its heart the miraculous opportunities of all sorts of relationships....thank you friend

Exciting isn't it!!!!! Sometimes my heart is so filled with the beautify around me I cannot fathom what wonders lies ahead. Better not to know and be surprised!
Surprised by Joy maybe beyong this transitory life but while we are still here it is as exciting as allowing our minds to have capacity to be filled to overflowing
